Placing & Paying for your order
How do I know if my goods are in stock?
If any item is out of stock, you will not have the option to add to cart, instead you will be asked input your email address if you wish to be informed when the item is back in stock.
If there are any stock issues with your order after it is placed, we will contact you straight away to inform you.
How will I know if my order & payment has been received?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you notice that you’ve input any incorrect details, whether it’s regarding an address or the incorrect item/quantity, please email email@example.com stating your order details as soon as possible.
How can I pay for my purchases?
Orders can be paid for online with credit and debit cards or via Paypal.
Are my card details secure?
Table Elegance use Stripe to process all credit/debit card payment and your card details are totally secure. We do not retain any of your card details.
My payment has been declined, what should I do?
If your payment has been declined please email firstname.lastname@example.org We will be able to see the status of your order and advise on what action to take.
Can I amend an order after it has been placed?
You can amend an order any time up until it has been Dispatched. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and details so we can modify your order before dispatch.
Once your order has been received by Table Elegance, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is being processed you will receive an email updating your order status to In Process. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding public holidays.
When your order has been handed over to our courier, you will receive an email to say your order status has been updated to Dispatched. You may also receive communication directly from our courier with delivery details.
If any special delivery requirements are necessary, they must be stated at the time of your order in Delivery Instructions.
There is free delivery within the Republic of Ireland on all orders over €75.
For any orders under €75 there will be a delivery charge of €7 for Republic of Ireland Deliveries.
We currently use GLS and delivery times are approx. 3-5 working days for deliveries within Ireland. For deliveries outside of Ireland, we will contact your estimated delivery time. You will be notified if delays are anticipated.
Table Elegance are happy to accept returns and offer an exchange or refund if your product is faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange. Table Elegance does not cover any costs incurred for returning goods.
Incorrect product received
If you have received an incorrect product, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will arrange to have your order corrected as soon as possible.
If you receive your order and have a change of mind you can return item(s) to us in their original condition only. Unwanted items must be returned to us unopened with seals and inner packaging intact. Refunds for unwanted items will only be granted if the item is returned to us in a resalable condition.
Table Elegance does not cover any costs incurred for returning unwanted products. Refunds for unwanted products may take up to 2 weeks to process.
